The Fellowship Class
The Fellowship Class meets in the Hospitality Room next to the kitchen on the gym level.
The class uses the “Present Word” Adult Sunday School Curriculum, a curriculum of close Bible study that has been popular with Sunday School classes “since Noah and maybe even Adam.”
The “Free-For-All” class meets in our church library and rotates teachers each month (or at the end of each lesson). They have studied many different topics, from the Lord’s Prayer and the Presbyterian Confessions. They have read through the entire Bible in a year. They favor lecture courses taught by DVD and are currently studying different biblical characters in a study from “The Great Courses” series.
YOUTH AND CHILDREN’S CLASSES
Our youth meet in the Youth Crown Room (Room 302) each Sunday morning for discussion and Bible Study. They are currently using “echo the story” curriculum that uses an imaginative way to engage in the Bible through storytelling, creative reflection and dialogue. This approach helps participants discover meaning and identity in the biblical narrative. This class is facilitated by a group of committed parents and adults.
K-6th grade Class
K-6 Children are invited to meet in the Sunday School room just to the right of the men’s restroom on the sanctuary level. Each week they study a Bible story and do a simple craft. The class is led by a group of adults on a rotating schedule. On 4th Sundays, they are led in songs and singing games in the big room at the south end of the hallway on the sanctuary level.
